1. Product Pricing

All prices displayed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR).

2. Order Acceptance

Orders are considered confirmed only after successful payment authorization and confirmation from FCA Store.

5. Risk of Loss

Ownership and risk of loss or damage pass to the customer upon successful delivery of the product to the shipping address provided during checkout.
In case of transit damage or delivery issues, customers should contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery.

6. Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch.
Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

7. Returns & Refunds

Returns, replacements, and refunds are governed by our Return Policy.
Refunds, where approved, will be processed after:
