Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy applies to all orders placed through FCA Store (https://fcastore.in), which is owned and operated by Family Car Accessories LLP ("Company", "we", "us", or "our").

We strive to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Cancellation by FCA Store

Family Car Accessories LLP reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at its sole discretion for reasons including but not limited to:

Product unavailability or stock issues
Errors in product description, pricing, or inventory information
Payment authorization or verification issues
Suspected fraudulent, unauthorized, or suspicious transactions
Incomplete, inaccurate, or unverifiable customer information
Circumstances beyond our reasonable control

We may also request additional information or verification before accepting or processing an order.

If an order is cancelled by us after successful payment, the customer will receive a full refund to the original payment method used for the transaction.

2. Cancellation by the Customer

Customers may request cancellation of an order before it has been processed, packed, or dispatched.
Once an order has been processed, packed, or shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
Cancellation requests must be submitted by contacting our customer support team.

Submission of a cancellation request does not guarantee approval. Cancellation requests are reviewed based on the order status at the time of receipt.

3. Refund on Cancellation

If a cancellation request is approved, a full refund of the order amount will be initiated.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during purchase.
Refund processing timelines generally range between 5–7 business days, depending on the customer's bank, card issuer, UPI provider, or payment service provider.

4. Important Note

Orders may not be eligible for cancellation if:

The order has already been packed or dispatched.
The product has been specially procured, customized, or made-to-order.
The order is subject to restrictions specified on the product page.

Cancellation eligibility may vary depending on the nature of the product and stage of order processing.
Any approved refund shall be governed by our Refund and Return Policy.
The decision of Family Car Accessories LLP regarding cancellation requests shall be final, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.
