We are committed to delivering high-quality products and ensuring customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return in accordance with the policy below.


1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return under the following conditions:

  • Product received is damaged or defective
  • Wrong product has been delivered
  • Quantity mismatch in the delivered order
  • Product materially differs from its description on the website

2. Return Time Window
  • Returns for damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing items must be requested within 48 hours of delivery.
  • General return requests (where applicable) must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

3. Return Conditions

To qualify for a return:

  • The product must be unused and in substantially the same condition as received.
  • The product must be returned in its original packaging.
  • All accessories, manuals, labels, and components must be included.
  • Photo and/or video evidence may be required to support the return request.

4. Product Verification & Warranty Activation

To ensure product authenticity and verify the condition of products upon delivery, FCA Store may provide a Product Verification & Warranty Activation process.

  • Customers may be required to scan the QR code provided with the product.
  • Customers may be required to submit:
    • Basic customer and order information
    • Unboxing video
    • Product photographs

Important:

  • Verification should be completed within 24–48 hours of delivery.
  • Verification may be required for certain return, replacement, or warranty claims.
  • Failure to provide requested verification information may impact claim eligibility.

5. Non-Returnable Cases

Returns may not be accepted under the following circumstances:

  • Products that have been extensively used, altered, or damaged after delivery.
  • Missing original packaging, accessories, labels, or components.
  • Physical damage caused after delivery.
  • Products that match the description and specifications but are no longer wanted by the customer.
  • Products marked as non-returnable, clearance, promotional, or special sale items (where specified).

6. Empty Box / Missing Item Claims
  • Claims relating to missing items, tampered packages, or empty-box deliveries must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Supporting photographs and videos may be requested for investigation.
  • Claims submitted after the specified timeframe may not be accepted.

7. Return Process

8. Refunds & Replacements
  • Refunds or replacements will be processed only after the returned product has been received and successfully passed inspection and quality verification.
  • Approved refunds are generally processed within 5–10 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.

9. Important Notes
  • Family Car Accessories LLP reserves the right to review, approve, or reject return requests based on the information and evidence provided.
  • Products that fail inspection or do not meet return eligibility criteria may be returned to the customer.
  • Nothing in this policy limits any rights available to consumers under applicable consumer protection laws.
